A session with Fabio of The Breathwork Way, from his own photographs.

Fabio, of The Breathwork Way, guides an hour of breathwork at the house, the lighting low and the sound system carrying a composed soundscape rather than a playlist. The evening keeps its shape: arrival from 17:20, an opening at 17:30, the guided breathing from 17:45, integration at 18:45, and a closing circle at 19:00. No prior practice is assumed, and the guidance runs step by step throughout. Come in clothes you can lie down in, bring water and a layer for afterwards, and eat lightly in the two or three hours before. Early bird tickets are 12 euros, then 15, and the room is limited. Friday 16 october, 17:45 to 18:45.
