What the Circle includes
Co-work access
Co-work every day from 9:00 to 20:00, weekends included. No booking, and desks are not reserved in advance.
Unlimited events
Every event on the calendar is free with membership, and you can come to as many as you like.
Discounts
10% at the bar and kitchen, 20% on the functional cold juices, and member rates on the retreats we run in the house.
Wellness access
A day of sauna and cold plunge at Healthy Horizon.
Private hires are not part of the calendar.

A day at a time, one hot drink included. Pay when you come, since desks are not reserved. It covers the co-work floor, 9:00 to 20:00, and whatever is free on today’s calendar.

The prices here are before IVA. Checkout shows the total with IVA at 23%. The crossed-out figures are what the same months would cost paid month by month.
What is included
What do I actually get?
The co-work floor every day from 9:00 to 20:00, weekends included. Every event on the calendar, free. 10% at the bar and in the kitchen, 20% on the functional cold brews. Member rates on the retreats we run here, and one day of sauna and cold plunge at Healthy Horizon.
Are ticketed events, retreats or private hires included?
No. Most of the calendar is free and those are the ones membership covers, as many as you like. Nights with a ticket, the retreats and private hires are separate.
Pausing and leaving
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Write to curation@tejahouse.com with the date you want it to take effect and we confirm it back to you. A monthly membership stops at the end of the month you are in. For the longer terms we work it out with you rather than hold you to a form.
Practical
Where is TEJÁ, and when is it open?
Cais do Sodré 5, Lisboa, by the river. The house is open every day, 9:00 to 23:00. The co-work floor runs 9:00 to 20:00.
