Fabio, of The Breathwork Way, guides an hour of breathwork at the house, the lighting low and the sound system carrying a composed soundscape rather than a playlist. The hour keeps its shape: arrival from 17:50, the guided breathing from 18:00, integration at 18:45, and a closing circle at 19:00. No prior practice is assumed, and the guidance runs step by step throughout. Come in clothes you can lie down in, bring water and a layer for afterwards, and eat lightly in the two or three hours before. Early bird tickets are 12 euros and the room is limited.
