Gypsy dinner
A Gypsy dinner is one long table, one seating and one menu. Meze lands in the middle, the plates keep moving, and people sit where there is room, which is usually beside someone they have not met.
The table is set on the terrace when the weather holds and inside when it does not, and the dinner goes on either way. One menu is written for the night, laid family-style down the table and served in several courses.
